2. Sporting Cristal B can´t be promoted as they are the 'second team' of Sporting
Cristal which plays in First Division.
3. There will be 16 teams in 2000 as there was no relegation at the end of the
season, Deportivo Municipal was relegated from First Division, no team was
promoted to First Division as Aviación-FAP lost Playoff, and 2 teams were
promoted from Copa Perú: Aurora Chancayllo and Universidad de San Marcos.
