La categoria Primera Autonómica Preferente de Castilla-La Mancha es la quinta en la Comunidad de Castilla-La Mancha.


Las divisiones Regionales de España, son también conocidas como "Fútbol regional", son las divisiones de más bajo nivel de la Liga Española de fútbol y se encuentran por debajo de la Tercera División.


La organización de estas ligas, depende de las "Federaciones Territoriales" que a su vez se encuentran integradas en la Real Federación Española de Fútbol. Por esta razón el número de equipos y grupos participantes varía en cada una de las categorías.
