[1] Juventus Pepsi is the new name of Juventus Caribbean; there were rumours
that Juventus have withdrawn from the league and dissolved the team
over a rules dispute with the league. They eventually remained in the
league but under new ownership and having lost their best players.
[2] San Pedro Dolphins had problems with their home field, so they have
moved to Corozal and will be known as La Victoria Dolphins.
[3] Midsouth FC is former Corozal FC, loaned out for a year. After one
round they were renamed Sagitún.

relegation tournament.
Tournament was cancelled, all three teams will play in the first division
1999/2000, which will have 12 teams.
Relegated: Southern United.
Promoted: Louisiana Area FC and San Pedro Turquoise.
Move: La Victoria back to San Pedro; Sagitún reclaimed by Corozál.
New franchise: Sagitún.
NB: new season to start Sep 5; Louisiana withdrew due to financial problems;
